FAQ

  • a. A series of 6 local member-only tournaments held throughout the year designed to create fun, competitive outlets for our members.

    b. Each event is a qualifying tournament to get into the 7th event – the APC National Championship.

  • As a member at Ace Pickleball Club, there is no cost for you to participate in this event.

  • a. Unless otherwise specified, all participants must have been members at least 60 days prior to the date an APC Championship Series event is being played.

    b. All players must have an active membership with APC both at Registration and continuously through the date of the APC Championship Series event they participate in.

    c. All players must have an active DUPR account, linked to APC and containing a minimum of 5 verified matches.

    i. How do I obtain a DUPR account?

    1. Go to www.mydupr.com or download the DUPR app

    2. Follow the instructions to register for a new DUPR account or claim an account that has already been created for you if you have played in a tournament that previously reported scores to DUPR.

    ii. How do I link my DUPR account to APC?

    1. Open the DUPR App

    2. Click on the "Play" icon in the bottom left area

    3. Enter "Ace Pickleball Club" into the Search Bar provided

    4. Scroll down and Select your home Ace Pickleball Club from the list below

    5. Select "Join Club" and your request will be submitted to the club for approval

    6. We will approve your request within 24 hours of it being submitted

    iii. How do I log matches in my DUPR Profile?

    1. Be sure all 4 players you are playing with have an active DUPR account linked to APC

    2. Click on "Add Match" at bottom center or App Home Page

    3. Search for other players and add them to each Team from the match, click "Next"

    4. Choose whether you used Standard Scoring or Rally Scoring

    5. Enter the scores for the game or games that you played. If you enter multiple games in one view, they will be all be grouped as one single match. You can also choose to enter the games one at a time to create a "match entry" for each game played.

    6. Click next to finalize the score entry.

  • No. On days when these events are taking place, the club will be closed to all other play.

  • We anticipate that more than 10 Ace Pickleball Club locations will have the opportunity to host at least one APC Championship Series event in 2024.

  • The top two finishers from each local event bracket (i.e., 3.5 Men’s Doubles - 50+ age group, 4.0 MLP Style Team event, 3.0 Mixed Doubles Under 50 age group) will be invited to participate in the National Championship Tournament.

  • This event is the season ending finale of the APC Championship Series. Top finishers from qualifying local APC Championship Series events are invited to participate in this “winner among winners” event. The APC National Championship event will include all of the same tournament formats and skill levels that have been played at local Championship Series events.

  • As a member at APC, there is no cost for you to participate in this event. Players must pay their own travel expenses related to playing in these events

  • This event will be played in January of 2025.

  • This event will be played at an Ace Pickleball Club location, but that location is still TBD.

  • Any location that runs a local APC Championship Series event will be extending invites to their top two finishers in each bracket played to participate in the APC National Championship.

  • The APC National Championship event will have a minimum prize pool of $250,000 – all paid out to members playing within the National Championship event

  • a. Free opportunity for competition and networking with other members from Ace Pickleball Clubs across the country

    b. Opportunity to represent your local Ace Pickleball Club at a national level

    c. Opportunity to be an Ace Pickleball Club National Champion

    d. Opportunity to win part of the $250,000 minimum prize pool
